· If in-home service is provided, and it is determined that the system must be brought in, no additional diagnostics fee is applied above the in-home service charge (See blue area, left of Product List) · $25.00 deposit is required on all equipment propped off for repair. · Deposit is applied to the total amount due. |

Diagnostics and/or troubleshooting is necessary to determine the cause of the problem and a viable solution. Once a solution is determined, a call is given to the customer to authorize further service. The $25.00 deposit is applied to the total bill, unless service is not performed and the deposit becomes the total due, paid-in-full. |
